 Point Of Grace winnaar Inspirational Country Music`s Entertainer Of The Year

Point of Grace – bekend bij liefhebbers van Christian music voor hun ongeëvenaarde aantal van 24 #1 hits – is met succes overgestapt naar country. Afgelopen donderdag kregen ze de prijs voor Inspirational Country Music Award als Entertainer of the Year.

Het trio van Shelley Breen, Denise Jones en Leigh Cappillino scoorde country hits zoals "I Wish" en "How You Live (Turn Up the Music)". In 2009 wonnen ze met "I Wish" de Dove Award voor Country Recorded Song of the Year.

Andere Inspirational Country Music Awards werden uitgereikt aan Carrie Underwood voor de Inspirational Video of the Year en Craig Morgan als Mainstream Country Artist. Dit is al het 16e jaar dat de The Inspirational Country Music Awards worden uitgereikt aan artiesten die Christian of Inspirational Country Music in hun repertoire hebben. De show wordt gepresenteerd door de Christian Country Music Association opnames van de show zullen uitgezonden worden op het DayStar television network.
