‘Born Free’: Kid Rock vernieuwt zichzelf!

  
‘Born Free’ is de meest recente CD van deze controversiële artiest. Hij ging deze keer de studio in om de traditionele Amerikaanse muziek eens te verkennen. Deze CD zal een hele andere kant laten zien van Kid Rock, die nu onder het wakend ook\g van de country music producer Rick Rubin een country CD uitbrengt. De invloed van Rubin op de CD is groot, zo laat Kid weten.
Rick Rubin geeft toe dat hij een grote hand gehad heeft in de uiteindelijke selectie van de songs op de CD. “Born Free’ zal de carrière van deze bekende rap-rock artiest een geheel nieuwe wending geven. Speciaal omdat Rick erg strikt geweest is in de keuze van de songs, hij wilde dat het echt een country touch zo hebben.
Voor echte country liefhebbers is dit natuurlijk niet de CD van een country veteraan, , maar Kid Rock is optimistisch en denkt dat zijn CD hen uitstekend zal bevallen door zijn degelijke aanpak en wil om aan te sluiten bij de lange traditie van country.
Met deze CD last Kid Rock een pauze in voor zijn rap carrière, maar met zo een veelzijdig artiest weet je nooit wat hij allemaal nog in petto heeft…..

“Born Free” is the latest album released by the controversial pop-rock artist who went to studio to explore the American tradition in music. The newest album of the star is expected to reveal a different facet of Kid Rock who this time took the country direction under the close supervision of the reputed country music producer, Rick Rubin. The artist confessed that Rick Rubin, the producer of “Born Free,” has a tremendous contribution to the latest side of Kid Rock.

Rick Rubin admits that he severely refined the list of songs Kid Rock initially put on the table, as his career definitely needed a revival and the release of “Born Free” was definitely a great opportunity to propel the famous rap-rocker back into the spotlights.

It seems that the producer was not too permissive with the selection of songs to be put on the album, as his intention deliberately went for a true country touch.

Despite the fact that country music fans might not credit Kid Rock’s new album, “Born Free” as the work of any other veteran in country music, Kid Rock is pretty optimistic about the new direction of his career as he is convinced that fans will see a significant transition in music, based on a mature approach of music in harmony with the everlasting country music.

“Born Free” made the atypical artist take a short break from rap and rock, at least for the moment. However, Kid Rock is still surprising as he goes unconventional with every step of his career
